How to Cite
The present document outlines different possibilities regarding organisational change and design which can be found in business depending on the level of agents' active and/or passive decision-making performance and how this can be harmonised for achieving objectives. The elements proposed by Senge (2006) have been taken: practices, principles and beliefs and used to recreate a visualisation of the alternatives, depending on such elements.
