Nova et Vetera is a peer reviewed academic journal published since 1990 by the Escuela Superior de Administración Pública (ESAP), in the city of Bogotá, D. C. (Colombia). It is part of the Latindex and Dialnet catalog. It is published annually and deals with the publication of research, review and reflection articles in the areas of Territory, Human Rights (HR) and Peacebuilding. It is open to all researchers and scholars in the world and receives articles originally written in Spanish and English.
