Fortalecimiento de habilidades de problematización en política pública: el aporte del pensamiento de diseño

Este artículo propone una intervención tendiente a fortalecer habilidades para la problematización, a través adopción del pensamiento de diseño, el prototipado y la cartografía del codiseño. Lo anterior se desarrolló a través de estrategias para la indagación, la identificación de la complejidad de problemas públicos, y la aplicación de un prototipado para el diseño de intervenciones estatales. Como resultado, se logró que los estudiantes de la ESAP generaran sus propios prototipos de intervención estatal, reflexionaran sobre las particularidades de la herramienta árbol de problemas y exploraran la complejidad, tensiones y dilemas de un conjunto de problemas sociales.
This article proposes an intervention aimed at strengthening y problematization skills through the appropriation of design thinking, prototyping and mapping co - design. It was possible because of strategies for inquiry, the identification of the complexity of public problems, and the application of prototypes from the design of state interventions. As a result, the ESAP students were able to generate their own prototypes of state interventions, reflect on the particularities of the problem tree tool and explore state intervention’s dilemmas.
