Con el estudio sobre de la sostenibilidad socioeconómica de las familias restituidas en los predios Santa Paula y Cedro Cocido ubicados en el corregimiento de Leticia del Municipio de Montería, se examinan varios aspectos como: la sostenibilidad económica de las familias restituidas en los predios Santa Paula y Cedro Cocido en el periodo 2013 – 2015; las causas de la poca efectividad de los proyectos productivos; las falencias de esta población retornada en el manejo de los proyectos productivos que no han posibilitado una real y efectiva generación de ingresos; los mecanismos que favorecen el arraigo y la reconstrucción del tejido social de las familias restituidas en los predios de Santa Paula y Cedro Cocido y el conocimiento por parte de las familias retornadas de la ruta de restablecimiento de derechos para su exigibilidad.
With the study on of the sustainability socio-economic of the families that had been involved in the restitution process who are located in the properties of Santa Paula and Cedro Cocido in the departmental county of Leticia in the municipality of Monteria. This study is examined several aspects as: the sustainability economic of the families returned in properties of Santa Paula and Cedro Cocido in the period 2013- 2015, the causes of the diminutive effectiveness of the productive projects , the shortcomings of this population returned in the management of productive projects that have not allowed a real and effective income-generation, the mechanisms that benefit families who are settled in this places and the reconstruction of the social fabric of families returned in the lands of Santa Paula and Cedro Cocido and knowledge by the returnee families in the path to restoration of rights for its enforceability.
