El artículo realiza un estudio de los derechos sociales, su fundamento, contenido y alcance en el marco del Estado Social de Derecho, el cual se analiza desde el principio de la dignidad humana, para pasar luego a su garantía y exigibilidad desde los elementos y criterios que la jurisprudencia y la doctrina constitucional han construido.
