Los estudios que componen este libro buscan dar una explicación sobre la definición de la noción de contexto, su función dentro de la investigación penal, la compatibilidad de su uso con la Constitución y el sistema penal colombiano, e identificar si existe afectación de los derechos fundamentales de imputados y víctimas por su implementación y, principalmente, establecer si la metodología de análisis de contextos es el medio más apropiado para los propósitos de mayor eficiencia en la investigación penal, según los planteamientos con los cuales fue establecida.
The authors transfer the patrimonial rights of their article to the Escuela Superior de Administración Pública - ESAP, while retaining the moral rights to their works.
